I've just arrived — how do I reach the apartment?
Find directions to InCenter from the bus station, railway station or passenger port. The main apartment website has further information about your stay.
Digital entry and flexible arrival
Entry is digital. On check-in day, once payment has been settled and your eVisitor registration is complete, you will receive PIN codes that remain valid only for the duration of your reservation. Unless agreed otherwise, you can enter at any time from 14:00 onwards, including after midnight (for example, at 01:00).
The photo shows only the building entrance. Your PINs and detailed check-in instructions, including the exact lock instructions, are sent to you privately before arrival.
I recommend Delta car park. You can walk from there to the studio with your luggage. Stari Grad and Srednja Delta are alternatives; the Parking page has details, routes and guidance for a brief luggage stop.
On a rainy day you can visit the City Museum of Rijeka (Sugar Palace or Kockica), the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, the Natural History Museum, the JGL Pharmacy Museum, Peek&Poke, the Rijeka Astronomy Centre, Kantrida Pools or the Rijeka Tunnel — all are listed in the current Winter Pass programme. Without a Winter Pass confirmed in advance, normal admission charges apply. Check prices and opening hours before going. Tower Center also has shops, a cinema and bowling.
Check the departure point and time on your ticket. For an airport transfer, confirm the departure and boarding point with the operator; an arrival-stop description is not a return timetable.
Last Minute Rent a Car has a city office in Rijeka. Before visiting, check vehicle availability and rental terms, and arrange collection at the city office.
Rijeka's municipal tap water is generally safe to drink, according to official tourism information. If a temporary advisory is issued, follow the current instructions from the responsible authorities.
I need a pharmacy or doctor — where can I find information?
Find the on-duty pharmacy in Ljekarna Jadran's current roster and medical service contacts in Visit Rijeka's directory. Check opening hours before travelling. In an emergency, call 112.
In an emergency, call 112 if you are unsure which service you need. The other numbers below reach individual emergency services in Croatia directly; they are not for tourist enquiries.
